Here is an update from Bishop Wilberforce Muhindi of: – “New Covenant of Jesus Christ Ministries,”Bungoma County, Kisumu; Kenya East AfricaI have just received a report back from Kisumu’s conference. Although I was invited by Bishop Wilberforce Muhindi as their keynote speaker; I couldn’t attend the conference due financial constraints. He contacted me today, to let me know that the conference went well. From the video he sent me via WhatsApp it was well attended. He was speaking to their community on forming a ministry network which is to expand over Kenya , East Africa and further afield. He has contacted me with the following proposal for their Children’s home & Rehab centre. We discussed this matter over the phone earlier this year. Before he mentioned their August Conference, we had discussed this matter. Subjectively he made me their Vision Holder. For this reason he asked me to attend their conference as key note speaker. Originally I had been sceptical concerning this vision. Due to prior ministry, projects and disappointments, we were not quite positive concerning this project. We set this project aside placing it on the shelf. As Servants of God we cannot allow ourselves to be side tracked. Neither do we want to miss our Lord and Master Jesus Christ, in this project and vision. Despite these challenges, the Bishop reminded me; I am allocated as their Vision Bearer. Meanwhile I have also been approached from one of our Zambia contacts (the Rev Aimable Karekezi) to discuss their newest project in Kitwe Zambia. As I had been their earlier this year (See my 5- SADC Nations Ministry Tour). He came to see us over this past weekend. During which time I introduced him to:- “I Am Global Ministries.” their leadership, Apostle and Senior Pastor (Praise Kambula). As a Man of God (MoG) I acknowledge, and recognize their constant counsel and loving leadership. Therefore I have placed a copy of Kisumu’s Children, Youth & Rehabilitation Centre’s proposal, drawn up by Bishop Wilberforce Muhindi. NEW COVENANT OF JESUS CHRIST CHILDREN’S HOME AND REHABILITATION CENTRE.

THE PROPOSED PROPOSAL FOR THE CHILDREN CENTRE AND A REHABILITATING CENTRE.
The proposed Children Centre and the rehabilitating Centre was reached as a result of a statistical overviewed being carried out about orphans, the needy, the youth, Children, the old, men and women for requiring having a change in character. The society needs to correct the bad norm of drunkenness, bhang smoking, sex abuse and mistrust in God but instead fall of victims of traditional believe.
The New Covenant of Jesus Christ Ministries are out to oversee to it that orphans, the needy and the misplaced minds within harsh environment is to empower and assist to achieve our goal of raising up boys and girls, men and women to turn to a Gods limelight.
For this point a Centre is required to be established for proper and correct going. The following proposal outlines what is required.
At this Centre we have 37 orphans grouped to their Education status which includes:
- Primary Schooling.
- Secondary Schooling
- Colleges / Universities.
- a) Under Primary Schooling we have 24 pupils, most being day scholars who stay with the Bishop as their guardian. Through God’s guidance all can be fine and through Him you never know, your advice could be the only key they have been waiting for to open their future. One child requires $51 (Dollars) per month ie.1.2 dollars per day to keep going. Another factor much important is their education that requires $1262. (Dollars) per year, for 24 pupils.
b)The Secondary Schooling status has 7 students, who require $413 (dollars) in general for their tuition and requirement per year.
- c) The college /Universities status has 4 students. Their schooling demands $ 515 (dollars per semester. To complete the 8 full semester each student requires $ 4124 (dollars) (Rating to Kenya Shilling is 97/=).
The Grand Total for the Educational cost per year $ 5799
- THE CHILDREN HOME AND REHABILITATION CENTRE.
The Children home and the rehabilitation Centre focuses to the nature of environs, community and the world, in particular to those who are affected in concerned areas.
The Children home and the rehabilitation Centre has 3 acres of land bought by the ministry for the purpose of establishing the Centre.
The general Centre shall have different structures that will require equipping them namely as follows.
- Administration block-This shall occupy all administrative structure s for both children’s home and rehabilitation Centre .This is estimated to cost $ 10309 (dollars) .When completed
- A hall for the converging for seminars, Conference and other communal activities. It’s estimated to cost $25773 (dollars) when completed.
- Kitchen attached with store and the dining hall, for the purpose of all effective food preparation, storage and meals receiving. The entire construction shall cost $ 30928 to be completed.
- Visitors house to accommodate 12 beds that is estimated to cost $ 30928.
- General compounds latrine / Toilet bathrooms, piping that are the sewage system. The entire construction shall cost $ 25773 to complete.
- Construction of 2 spacious cubical dormitories for boys and Girls that will cost $ 51547.
- Drilling of water, piping and setting up of tanks in general. This shall cost $20619 (dollars).
- Buying of a bus (52, seaters) for the centers transportation for both Children and the entire Centre members. The bus is estimated to cost $ 61856.
- The ICT room that shall cover all computers learning System, Tailoring room, the saloon and guiding and counseling room. This will cost $51547. This is part of rehabilitation System within the Centre for the community.
- The Security System to cover the entire Centre, starting from the main compound, to the whole security system. The entire System is estimated to cost $ 5155 (dollars The installation of the electricity at the entire which shall cost $154639.
In the Centre other requirements are also essential for the proper running of the Centre. These include medical, meals, workers and any emergencies that will require funds. In general the whole sections shall cost $5155 on a monthly basis.
The Grand total for the proposed proposal is the $ 443301. As the Centre grows, the construction continues, with time several other activities can emerge that will require much more updates and Consultations.
