Write the Vision
2 [Oh, I know, I have been rash to talk out plainly this way to God!] I will [in my thinking] stand upon my post of observation and station myself on the tower or fortress, and will watch to see what He will say within me and what answer I will make [as His mouthpiece] to the perplexities of my complaint against Him.2 And the Lord answered me and said, Write the vision and engrave it so plainly upon tablets that everyone who passes may [be able to] read [it easily and quickly] as he hastens by.3 For the vision is yet for an appointed time and it hastens to the end [fulfillment]; it will not deceive or disappoint. Though it tarry, wait [earnestly] for it, because it will surely come; it will not be behindhand on its appointed day. (Hab 2:1-3 Amp)
10 I was in the Spirit [rapt in His power] on the Lord’s Day, and I heard behind me a great voice like the calling of a [i]war trumpet,11 Saying, I am the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last. Write promptly what you see (your vision) in a book and send it to the seven churches which are in Asia—to Ephesus and to Smyrna and to Pergamum and to Thyatira and to Sardis and to Philadelphia and to Laodicea. 12 Then I turned to see [whose was] the voice that was speaking to me, and on turning I saw seven golden lampstands,13 And in the midst of the lampstands [One] like a Son of Man, clothed with a robe which reached to His feet and with a girdle of gold about His breast.14 His head and His hair were white like white wool, [as white] as snow, and His eyes [flashed] like a flame of fire.15 His feet glowed like burnished (bright) bronze as it is refined in a furnace, and His voice was like the sound of many waters.16 In His right hand He held seven stars, and from His mouth there came forth a sharp two-edged sword, and His face was like the sun shining in full power at midday.17 When I saw Him, I fell at His feet as if dead. But He laid His right hand on me and said, Do not be afraid! I am the First and the Last,18 And the Ever-living One [I am living in the eternity of the eternities]. I died, but see, I am alive forevermore; and I possess the keys of death and Hades (the realm of the dead).19 Write therefore the things you see, what they are [and signify] and what is to take place hereafter.20 As to the hidden meaning (the mystery) of the seven stars which you saw on My right hand and the seven lampstands of gold: the seven stars are the seven angels (messengers) of the seven assemblies (churches) and the seven lampstands are the seven churches. (Rev 1:10-20 Amp).
6 Shall a trumpet be blown in the city and the people not be alarmed and afraid? Shall misfortune or evil occur [as punishment] and the Lord has not caused it?7 Surely the Lord God will do nothing without revealing His secret to His servants the prophets.8 The lion has roared; who will not fear? The Lord God has spoken; who can but prophesy? (Amos 3:6-8 Amp).

Are we able to reach nations and their generations, in this time and season. The Lord reminds us that which seems to be impossible for us is possible for our Lord. He is able to do abundantly, far more than we are able to ask, think or imagine. Now we are sure our Lord knows ev’ry generation, nationality, ethnicity and individual better than we do. He has the right keys, knowing which one best suits that generation, individual ethnic group and personality. He created us in His image (see Gen 1:27-31).
As our Creator; He knows our very being. He even knows the number of hairs upon our head. He uniquely formed each & ev’ry one of us. Daily the Lord directs our steps. We need to guard our hearts with all vigilance, for out of our heart flow streams of life (Pr 22:21-27). Death and life also comes from out of our mouth, including the power of our tongue. Death and life are in the power of the tongue, and they who indulge in it shall eat the fruit of it [for death or life](Pr 18:21 Amp).
Now to Him Who, by (in consequence of) the [action of His] power that is at work within us, is able to [carry out His purpose and] do super abundantly, far over and above all that we [dare] ask or think [infinitely beyond our highest prayers, desires, thoughts, hopes, or dreams]—(Eph 3:20 Amp)
The Lord is able to direct our steps, in the way we ought to go. Yet we need to dilligently seek the Lord’s Face. Thru much petition, prayer, intercession, in Jesus Name making our requests known, we are able to receive from the Lord. We are able to decide and decree a thing and it shall be established for us; then God’s Favour shall shine upon our ways (Job 22:27-30 Amp). Through us first seeking His Face, His Kingdom and His Righteousness, then all these things shall be added unto us (see Mt 6:30-34 Amp).
Remember we may have many plans, ideas, strategies which are good; yet the Lord’s purposes shall stand. The Lord shall direct our steps. We’re reminded to heed the Lord’s instructions, to be able to reach out to the nations and their generations. Presently the world; as we know it; is heading on a downward, destructive spiral because of original sin.
12 Therefore, as sin came into the world through one man, and death as the result of sin, so death spread to all men, [no one being able to stop it or to escape its power] because all men sinned.13 [To be sure] sin was in the world before ever the Law was given, but sin is not charged to men’s account where there is no law [to transgress].14 Yet death held sway from Adam to Moses [the Lawgiver], even over those who did not themselves transgress [a positive command] as Adam did. Adam was a type (prefigure) of the One Who was to come [in reverse, the former destructive, the Latter saving].15 But God’s free gift is not at all to be compared to the trespass [His grace is out of all proportion to the fall of man]. For if many died through one man’s falling away (his lapse, his offense), much more profusely did God’s grace and the free gift [that comes] through the undeserved favor of the one Man Jesus Christ abound and overflow to and for [the benefit of] many.16 Nor is the free gift at all to be compared to the effect of that one [man’s] sin. For the sentence [following the trespass] of one [man] brought condemnation, whereas the free gift [following] many transgressions brings justification (an act of righteousness).17 For if because of one man’s trespass (lapse, offense) death reigned through that one, much more surely will those who receive [God’s] overflowing grace (unmerited favor) and the free gift of righteousness [putting them into right standing with Himself] reign as kings in life through the one Man Jesus Christ (the Messiah, the Anointed One).18 Well then, as one man’s trespass [one man’s false step and falling away led] to condemnation for all men, so one Man’s act of righteousness [leads] to acquittal and right standing with God and life for all men.19 For just as by one man’s disobedience (failing to hear, heedlessness, and carelessness) the many were constituted sinners, so by one Man’s obedience the many will be constituted righteous (made acceptable to God, brought into right standing with Him).20 But then Law came in, [only] to expand and increase the trespass [making it more apparent and exciting opposition]. But where sin increased and abounded, grace (God’s unmerited favor) has surpassed it and increased the more and super abounded,21 So that, [just] as sin has reigned in death, [so] grace (His unearned and undeserved favor) might reign also through righteousness (right standing with God) which issues in eternal life through Jesus Christ (the Messiah, the Anointed One) our Lord. (see Rom 5:10-21 Amp).
Our Lord instructs us to go publish, preach and teach this Gospel of His Kingdom to all nations, ev’ry creature, all of creation, baptizing them in the Name of the Father, The Son & the Holy Spirit. To make disciples of all nations. He also gave us His Authority, to heal the sick, set captives free, make the blind to see the deaf to hear etc. He said He shall also baptize/fill us with His Spirit (the Holy Spirit). We shall receive the ability, efficiency, might when the Holy Spirit has come upon us then we shall be His witnesses in Jerusalem (local), Judea (neighbours), Samaria (across our borders) e’en to the ends of the earth (see Mt 28:16-20; Mk 16:15-20; Lk 24:25-53 & Acts 1:1-15; Acts 2:1-47).
