Father, Abba; Father! Give us insight to the greatest treasures of Your Word. In the beginning was the Word and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. Your Word is Truth! although You came to Your own, and they did not receive You. Yet to as many as received You; You gave them the right, the Authority to become sons & daughters (children) of God.
You, o Lord; 1st loved us! ‘Twas Your Love which leads us to repentance. Because o Your Goodness Lord, we called on You Lord, and You answered our cry. Lord when young, we sought You, and we found You.. We were reminded to seek You, o Lord in our Youth. Today Your cry still rings clear. For all they to come to You; whom travail, are burdened and heavy laden. To them You give them their rest!
Abba, Father! we know all Your promises are Yes and Amen, in and through Christ Jesus. You; o Lord; made a way in the wilderness, when & where there; seemed to be no way. You Lord, still remain the Way, Truth and Life. You alone have the Words of Life! We know also there is no other Mediator, between God and man; except Christ Jesus! Lord; we have come and realized; You, alone are Messiah! Amen

The Parable of the Hidden Treasure
44“Again, the kingdom of heaven is like treasure hidden in a field, which a man found and hid; and for joy over it he goes and sells all that he has and buys that field.” (Mt 13:44 NKJ).
The Parable of the Pearl of Great Price
45“Again, the kingdom of heaven is like a merchant seeking beautiful pearls, 46 who, when he had found one pearl of great price, went and sold all that he had and bought it.” (Mt 13:45 NKJ).
6 “For you are a holy people to the Lord your God; the Lord your God has chosen you to be a people for Himself, a special treasure above all the peoples on the face of the earth. 7 The Lord did not set His love on you nor choose you because you were more in number than any other people, for you were the least of all peoples; (Deut 7:6-7 NKJ).
11 And the Lord will grant you plenty of goods, in the fruit of your body, in the increase of your livestock, and in the produce of your ground, in the land of which the Lord swore to your fathers to give you. 12 The Lord will open to you His good treasure, the heavens, to give the rain to your land in its season, and to bless all the work of your hand. You shall lend to many nations, but you shall not borrow. 13 And the Lord will make you the head and not the tail; you shall be above only, and not be beneath, if you heed the commandments of the Lord your God, which I command you today, and are careful to observe them. (Deut 28:11-13 NKJ).
⌈In the beginning is told, a story so old!
The Book of Life; Truth will unfold,
Treasure with value, much finer than gold!
Tried thru fire, a fore the Mystery Unfold!⌋
When hearing about hidden treasure; ev’ryone seeks to take up the challenge; How many treasure hunters have there been o’er the years. All of us sometime or another have either read, or watched a movie of Robert Louis Stevenson’s; “Treasure Island.”
We may e’en have watched; “Raiders of the Lost Ark; ” or “Tomb Raider.” Maybe we read much about treasure hunters, archaeologists or even heard about the gold rush, in different names and places of renown. We might recall historic records of diamond fever. Ev’ry nation, I believe, has some or other record in their libraries, about these myths, legends, or e’en “Visions of Grandeur!”
Often we have dreams of adventure, mystery and romance. How we sought for these treasure troves. We think about life’s adventures, her challenges our dreams and visions. When young, often, I would read the legends and myths of literature, which I would lay my hands upon. I read young adventure books, “Hardy Boys”,”Famous Five”, “Adventurous Four;” etc. All these I read and much more. I remember; “Ali Baba and the Forty thieves”, “Aesop’s Fables,”and more.
Imagined myself the hero. I would seek the answers, try solving the mysteries of life. Then I met, found the Greatest Treasure; of my life, thru & in my accepting Christ Jesus as my Personal Lord and Saviour. All of us; have an inner search engine on, ready to seek and search for life’s Greatest Treasure. Like the bats, we put out our radar, to search the safest route home. Once more mankind seeks, searching for unlimited treasuree.
We need to seek the Lord, while He still may be found. We’re encouraged also to remember the Lord in the days of our youth. (See Eccl 12:1-14). The Lord loved us first. His Love endures, for all eternity. When seek the Lord, we shall find Him. He admonishes, reminds us saying: – ” 17 I love those who love me, and those who seek me early and diligently shall find me.” (Pr 8:17 Amp)
By His Stripes By His stripes, I am healed! By His Blood; I am Sealed. In His Dying,I Live. At His Crucifixion; I am Saved! In His Rising,I am made a New Creation! Through His Spirit; I am Renewed. By His Word; He is True! through His Deeds, He is Proved! In His Kingdom will I Stay! To the New Jerusalem, Leads He the Way; In Christ is my Gain; In Jesus, is my Life, my Truth, and my All! In Him is; My Salvation made Secure! Through Christ; All my transgressions; are Forgiven! Salvation is in the Lord! To continue in sin; can I not afford! Through Him is there Forgiveness; to all For Truth, and Life in your soul Accept Jesus, the Christ, the Crucified Saviour And you'll find the Answer! For whom you seek; is Christ! Amen! Where’s your treasure?
1 The earth is the Lord’s, and the fullness of it, the world and they who dwell in it.2 For He has founded it upon the seas and established it upon the currents and the rivers.3 Who shall go up into the mountain of the Lord? Or who shall stand in His Holy Place? (Ps 24:1-3 Amp).
Then how is one’s treasure measured? What is the real value of your treasure? If your treasure is not measured thru silver and gold, How is it then measured? We read the earth is the Lord’s, and the fullness thereof. He owns the cattle on a thousand hills. All the silver and the gold belongs to Him. It is also written; As He is so are we in this world.
We need be sure where our treasure is. “tis written: – 19 “Do not lay up for yourselves treasures on earth, where ()moth and rust destroy and where thieves (break in and steal, 20 but lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust destroys and where thieves do not break in and steal. 21 For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.(Mt 6:19 ES V).
Remember, the Lord knows our heart. Does this mean the Lord is against prospering us? No, I do not think so! ’tis also written; the Lord, has & takes pleasure in prospering His servants. Our father Abraham, had been a very wealthy man. E’en Isaac, Jacob, Joseph, David & Solomon, were blessed. They all prospered, and were in good health This is written, recorded in the Scriptures. Our Lord; always blesses those, whom dilligently seek His Face.
Poverty, sickness & disease had ne’er been a blessing. Both, as a husband & father; I desire God’s best , for my family. It includes my spouse & my children. E’en so our Heavenly Father, desires to give us, His Best! The Lord sets before us a choice, between Blessing or cursing; death or Life. Therefore we need to choose Life.
